The place is huge , very comfy to take a little while waiting . Staff are professional in handling the situation . Staff resolve the occurence on the same day . Tracy has a larger than life personality. She knows everyone and call you by name and inquire about your family. My hygienist was very kind and light handed. This means, she respected my teeth and mouth by not treating them as another piece of meat. She handled us with tender loving care. Great visit!

The staff is always so professional and friendly. I saw Dr. Smith recently and she went above and beyond in listening to my concerns about a minor tooth issue. She fixed the problem quickly and had me on my way. Next visit is for a crown and I know it will be perfect.

Not only are they great at what they do, but the customer service here is impeccable. Every employee of this office is kind, warm, and welcoming. Love everyone at Charlotte Dentistry- I normally go to Cindy who I adore- but EVERYONE is great and so kind… from the ladies at the front desks, to the Hygenists to the doctors. Very friendly, great bed side manner and educational too. Love it there and highly recommend!

Super friendly welcome desk staff. Everyone was really nice. The dental hygienist and the dentist were quick but thorough. It made going to the dentist comfortable. They also have blankets if you get cold during your procedure!

We were greeted by a pleasant lady named Tracie. She personified customer service. And being an instructor of customer service for over 10 years, I know about customer service. 😉 Then the dentist and his assistant (I forgot their names because Tracie was so great 😜) were top notch as well. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a dentist 🦷 in the Charlotte area. We drive here from Kannapolis

I am a new client and went to my first visit today. Everyone that I interacted with is so friendly!!!!! A special call out to Tracie! Before I selected this practice I read the reviews and everyone kept talking about Tracie and how friendly and positive she is and now I know! She greets everyone by name and is so genuine and kind. What a happy, caring and positive individual!!! They are lucky to have her!! Nebia and Dr. Woodruff saw me today and although I have some dental issues they were very understanding and took great care of me. I honestly have been dreading going to the dentist but I must say I am so happy I picked this practice. They are going to take great care of me and I am grateful for them. I highly recommend them!!
